City Advisor Tyler Skelton and County Advisor Terry Bang get a laugh in right before the 2003 Delegates arrive

The Boys State Staff is made up of graduates of the Boys State Program.  Staff members are invited back after their delegate year to serve as a City Advisor.  All staff members must have served as a City Advisor.  Each staff member is a volunteer and gives up two weeks of each year to serve on staff.  Mississippi may have the youngest Boys State Staff in country, but it also has the best!!
